Making a Tukutuku pattern
Last week we did Tukutuku patterns and we used red and black strips and its called weaving. We had to glue the ends after we had woven the strips over and under in a pattern. Maori people make them for the walls in their meeting houses. My favorite Maori design is the Taniwha's tooth. Hope you like it

Smart Relationship Qualities
This week of Cyber-smart we literally made Marshmallow Spaghetti towers but ours failed and I felt like a loser but we learned to never give up. My two partners were Julio and Chaning.
We had to use 12 Spaghetti raw noodles and like I said 8 Marshmallows and we showed Friendship because we didn't give up and worked together like a team but...... the plan failed and our tower was only 8 cm but it was still worth it because we demolished the marshmallows by eating them and enjoyed it so you try it have a great day bye!

My Digital footprint
This is my digital footprint and Mrs Collins gave me a 47% and its ok because it has 10 Positive and 9 Negative so that means I use the internet well. That was a few weeks ago. Also that means I play more Positive games.

Catholic School's day
Some of the children from Room 2 at St Pius X did a beautiful liturgical dance for us, after communion.
Then after Mass it was lunchtime. On recess there were so many people but St Ignatius left before St Pius X because it was raining so much. We couldn't do tabloids sport either because of the rain. After tabloid sports was cancelled we chose to do activities. I did blocks and puzzles with Julio my BFF and we had Fun!!!!

Tika,Pono,Aroha
We have been learning about how Jesus respected the Tapu of people.
Jesus wanted to go back to Galilee and he passed through Samaria and he met a Samaritan women getting water from the well. Jesus asked the women to give him some water. Jesus was a Jew and Jews can't talk to Samaritan people especially not a woman. Jesus shows me in this story how to respect another person with Aroha. He also did what right and true and this is Pono.
I show Aroha by including people when they are lonely
I show Pono when I own up to something I have done
I show Tika when I help people when they are hurt
